Inage support has been bad. Customer support almost non-existent. I am looking for another host provider.

"One of our files is reported as being ""not available on any of the servers"". Bad enough as this is, what is really woeful is that we have had no technical response to our support call raised on 8th March (it is now 17th March), all we have had is responses saying that the techies are looking ito it and wilol get back to us. To date our requests for details as to the cause, possible solution and likely timeframe seem to get absorbed into a black hole."

"All files in your MediaFire account might be gone suddenly. In my case, after clicking the file for sharing, the download link for a wrong file appeared for several times. Here is the video I took from my digital camera of what happened. Few day before this happened, I found all the files in the account was gone!
