"yes, Reformatting is just like an oil change. you must do it often and it clenas out all impurity's. when you reformat make sure you reformat NOT recover. Recover keeps the Pups and justs restores your OS to an earlier time. although, Some trojans hitchhike on documents you backup (ex. Porn pics). makesure to screen your documents wile you back up your data."
