TrueIP

a small program that runs in the system tray, monitoring your IP address. When the IP changes it can send you a notification (email, FTP upload, popup ...). Also supports many dynamic DNS providers, so you can automatically update your DNS records. Great if you want to access a computer remotely, but don't have a static IP address.
