"I bought Bit Defender Total Security 2009 and it shut down firewall, antivirus and all operations several times a day so I had no protection. 3 error messages came up that were never there under Norton anti-virus. I am asking for my money back.It never showed any problems or viruses. It was very slow.It cost $79.95, and after only 4 days I ought to get my money back, don't you think?"
